Requirements
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is mandatory.
- Active state licensure as an LPCC, LPC, LMFT, or MFTC; non-clinical or non-licensed roles such as pastoral counselors or social workers are not eligible.
- Alignment with the organization’s core Mission, Vision, and Statement of Faith is essential.
- Attendance at weekly staff meetings, known as Group Supervision, held Wednesdays from 9:00 to 11:00 AM MST/MDT, primarily virtual with monthly in-person attendance at the nearest office.
- Commitment to providing therapy during accessible hours, including two weekday evening blocks or one weekday evening and one Saturday block weekly, each block consisting of four hours.
- Minimum weekly availability of 15 hours, with expectation to fill 80% of scheduled time and expand hours as client demand increases.
- Willingness to incorporate Christian faith into counseling when requested by the client.
- Ongoing dedication to advanced training and certification to develop specialized clinical expertise rather than general practice.

- Weekly attendance at Group Supervision meetings every Wednesday from 9:00 - 11:00 AM MST/MDT, mostly virtual with one monthly in-person session at the closest office.
- Expected to offer therapy during accessible times: two weeknight blocks or one weeknight and one Saturday block weekly, each block being 4 hours.
- Must maintain a minimum of 15 weekly available hours, fill 80% of scheduled time, and be open to increasing hours as caseload grows.
- Must support integrating Christian faith into therapy when the client desires it.
- Expected to pursue advanced certifications to become a specialized practitioner rather than a generalist.
