Responsibilities
- Develop and implement analytics-based collection approaches customized to various risk segments and credit products
- Lead the integration of artificial intelligence to refine decision-making, forecast optimal engagement tactics, and prioritize accounts intelligently
- Create and manage targeted communication methods based on observed customer patterns
- Take accountability for core collection metrics such as recovery ratios, delinquency progression, and collection expenses
- Ensure all collection operations comply with service level agreements and legal standards
- Work closely with teams in Finance, Product, Data, and Legal to align objectives and execution
- Supervise third-party partners including external collection agencies
