Requirements
- Bachelor's degree equivalent, ideally in computer science or a related technical field
- Minimum of five years developing large-scale enterprise applications using diverse web technologies and programming languages
- At least five years working with relational databases such as Oracle 12c, including PL/SQL and stored procedures
- Three or more years operating in n-tier or service-oriented architecture (SOA) environments
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, organization-wide software systems
- Proven ability to lead development through all phases of the systems design and development lifecycle
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication abilities
- History of meeting project timelines and adhering to development schedules
- Takes full accountability for commitments and outcomes, with willingness to invest additional effort when necessary
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with development tools such as CFBuilder, Clear Quest, Subversion, JIRA, and Toad
- Understanding of Unified Modeling Language (UML) methodologies and modeling tools
