Seed-X is hiring a Cold Calling Specialist/Appointment Setter to expand our client network and drive business growth. Your role is pivotal in reaching out to potential clients, generating quality leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Utilize effective communication skills to engage prospects and identify their business needs.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team through follow-up calls and scheduled outreach.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and effective follow-through.
- Assist with developing cold calling strategies and improving processes for lead generation.
- Analyze and report on call metrics and effectiveness to optimize outreach efforts.
What We're Looking For
- Proven 5 years of experience in cold calling & appointment setting.
- Strong communication skills, a soft accent, and the ability to handle objections.
- Honest, skilled, and truly experienced—not just on paper.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and tracking call metrics.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Fluent in English is absolutely mandatory.
- Looking for a long-term role in a fast-paced environment.
