The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, persuasive, and comfortable reaching out to businesses to introduce our recruitment and workforce services. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients (companies in need of staffing services) - Introduce and promote the company’s staffing and recruitment solutions - Identify client needs and qualify leads for the sales team - Schedule appointments or meetings for Business Development/Sales Representatives - Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in CRM systems - Follow up with prospects via phone and email when necessary - Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets Requirements: - Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (B2B preferred) - Strong communication and persuasion skills - Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated - Basic understanding of staffing, recruitment, or HR services (a plus) - Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems - Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
