Requirements

• Proven background in mainframe development with extensive COBOL programming
• Advanced capability in designing and implementing intricate COBOL-based systems
• Hands-on experience working with IBM Mainframe, z/OS, TSO/ISPF, and DB2 environments
• Strong analytical reasoning to assess operational or procedural challenges and determine effective solutions
• Familiarity with full software development lifecycle, including both traditional waterfall and Agile methods
• Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, stakeholders, management, and cross-functional IT groups across diverse work settings
