Responsibilities
- Serve as a central point of coordination, guiding team members and clients through Agile processes such as daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Convert client needs into actionable, prioritized engineering tasks and backlog items.
- Assign development tasks to engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of client initiatives.
- Lead sessions for collecting requirements, refining backlogs, and defining system architecture.
- Utilize expertise in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, build automation, branching models, security, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments for clients.
- Implement automated testing across multiple layers—component, configuration item, subsystem, and system—and track outcomes.
- Develop production-grade code with comprehensive unit and integration testing.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to build high-performance, cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Clearly articulate and document technical designs, workflows, and operational procedures.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by mentoring peers, exploring emerging technologies, and engaging with expert engineers.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members while also receiving mentorship from senior architects.
