Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy secure cloud infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft Azure
- Create, implement, and oversee security controls, policies, and operational procedures
- Continuously monitor cloud platforms for potential threats, vulnerabilities, and security incidents
- Conduct risk evaluations and vulnerability assessments, ensuring prompt corrective actions
- Maintain adherence to recognized industry standards and cybersecurity frameworks
- Configure and administer Identity and Access Management systems, including role-based access controls
- Protect cloud networking elements such as virtual networks, firewalls, and private endpoints
- Work closely with DevOps teams to embed security practices within CI/CD workflows
- Lead incident response efforts and perform in-depth root cause investigations
- Ensure comprehensive and current documentation of security configurations and operational processes
