Responsibilities
- Investigate, build, and manage scalable hybrid hosting setups across geographically dispersed data centers
- Help automate the provisioning and deployment of operating systems, databases, and software applications
- Diagnose and resolve issues across applications, database systems, and operating environments
- Assist sales teams with onboarding new clients by providing technical support and expertise
- Take part in a 24/7 on-call schedule until support responsibilities are transferred externally
- Show initiative in setting priorities and driving progress independently within a dynamic startup-style workplace
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to independently identify and implement effective solutions
