About the Role
The individual will serve as a public-facing expert, demonstrating the value of cloud-native tools by creating technical content, leading workshops, and representing the platform at events and online forums.
Responsibilities
- Produce technical blog posts, tutorials, and documentation
- Deliver presentations at conferences, meetups, and online events
- Engage with developer communities on social media and forums
- Collaborate with product teams to share user feedback
- Create sample applications and open-source contributions
- Host live coding sessions and technical webinars
- Translate complex infrastructure concepts into accessible content
- Advocate for platform improvements based on community input
- Support onboarding of new technical users
- Represent the platform at industry events
- Monitor trends in cloud and DevOps ecosystems
- Build relationships with key developers and influencers
- Gather insights from user interactions to inform product direction
- Demonstrate best practices in infrastructure automation
- Contribute to roadmap discussions with engineering teams
- Maintain consistency in technical messaging across channels
- Identify opportunities for community-driven documentation
- Assist in organizing hackathons and coding challenges
- Provide feedback on developer experience and tooling
- Promote observability, security, and scalability patterns
Nice to Have
- Public speaking portfolio or recorded talks available online
- Published articles or technical guides
- Experience with Kubernetes or similar systems

- Background in software engineering or systems architecture
