Responsibilities
- Work closely with software developers and satellite operations teams to promote an integrated development and operations culture.
- Build and manage cloud infrastructure that is scalable, dependable, and secure across hybrid environments.
- Enhance developer productivity by creating improved tools, development workflows, and testing environments.
- Drive automation initiatives for continuous integration and delivery, infrastructure as code, and deployment processes.
- Manage and advance monitoring systems for metrics, distributed tracing, and log management, with preference for Grafana-based platforms.
- Promote and apply industry standards for system reliability, resilience, and performance optimization.
- Detect, analyze, and fix infrastructure stability issues using root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering groups to develop and support software-defined networking architectures.
- Support a team environment built on mutual respect, open discussion, and ongoing professional growth.
