Responsibilities
- Support, manage, maintain, and monitor cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.
- Troubleshoot storage and virtualization technologies at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Perform storage array maintenance tasks such as adding and expanding LUNs, hardware troubleshooting, snapshot scheduling, creating NAS file shares, and managing replication.
- Perform life cycle tasks such as array upgrades.
