Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable cloud architectures on AWS
- Maintain and monitor cloud infrastructure for performance and reliability

- Automate provisioning and configuration using infrastructure-as-code tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related incidents
- Collaborate with development teams to support application deployment
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
- Optimize cloud resource usage to control costs
- Manage identity and access controls within AWS
- Support disaster recovery and backup strategies
- Participate in on-call rotations for system stability
- Document system configurations and operational procedures
- Integrate monitoring and alerting tools for proactive issue detection
- Evaluate new AWS services for potential adoption
- Assist in migration of on-premises systems to the cloud
- Improve CI/CD pipelines for faster and safer deployments
- Conduct regular system reviews and performance tuning
- Support network architecture in virtual private cloud environments
- Work with containerized applications and orchestration platforms
- Promote cloud best practices across engineering teams
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis
- Ensure encryption of data at rest and in transit
- Manage DNS and domain configurations via Route 53
- Support serverless computing initiatives using AWS Lambda
- Collaborate on capacity planning and scalability assessments
