Azumo is hiring a Cloud DevOps Engineer to build and manage the cloud infrastructure powering our next-generation applications. In this fully remote role based in Latin America, you will ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our systems.
What You'll Do
- Provision infrastructure components to support business services.
- Develop, configure, and deploy tools for SRE/DevOps teams.
- Develop and maintain system documentation.
- Manage change by determining and validating new features and updates for infrastructure.
- Handle support escalation issues and conduct incident reviews.
- Monitor availability and performance.
- Manage service recovery and emergency response.
- Perform capacity planning.
- Implement automated infrastructure provisioning (Infrastructure as Code).
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Create and maintain Docker images.
- Create and maintain automation scripts.
- Support developers and QA teams during the software lifecycle process.
- Deploy applications to production and non-production environments.
What We're Looking For
- You have worked as an SRE/DevOps/SysAdmin for more than 5 years.
- Linux Systems Administration (RedHat Enterprise, Ubuntu, Debian): 5+ years.
- Kubernetes: 3+ years.
- Linux Containers: 3+ years.
- Helm, Kustomize or equivalent: 1+ year.
- Istio or equivalent: 1+ year.
- Terraform: 2+ years.
- Bash: 5+ years.
- AWS EKS, GCP GKE, or AKS: 2+ years.
- GitLab Pipelines or GitHub Actions: 2+ years.
- GIT or equivalent: 3+ years.
- AWS, GCP, or Azure: 2+ years.
- Python, Go or equivalent: 2+ years.
- MongoDB, PostgreSQL, AWS RDS, AWS DynamoDB or equivalent: 2+ years.
- Security hardening of Linux OS, Kubernetes, Istio, Containers: 2+ years.
- Datadog, AWS Cloudwatch or equivalent: 2+ years.
Nice to Have
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
