What You'll Do
As a Clinical Workflow Manager, you will drive the adoption of bioprocessing solutions by identifying and qualifying specification opportunities within clinical-stage drug development. You'll build relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on preclinical through Phase 2 programs, and align customer needs with scalable, workflow-based strategies.
You’ll act as a technical authority in process development, guiding both internal teams and external clients. By analyzing customer pipelines and operational workflows, you’ll define strategic action plans to secure long-term platform use and expand technological footprint. You’ll initiate and manage Design-In projects using Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring alignment across the sales cycle.
Collaboration is central to this role. You’ll work closely with Account Managers, Sales Specialists, and Field Application Scientists to deliver integrated solutions. You’ll also identify next-generation process development opportunities, flag at-risk platforms, and coordinate with account teams to protect key workflows.
