- Supports sales teams in training surgeons, advancing hospital robotics programs, and managing regional operations
- Leads technical education sessions for clinical staff, including operating room personnel and surgical teams
- Promotes the value of innovative robotic technology to current users to help meet team sales targets
- Develops skills in sales planning, territory mapping, and performance execution in preparation for future quota-driven roles
- Handles administrative duties such as tracking procedures, reporting sales outcomes, and submitting expense documentation
