About the Role

This position supports clinical teams in optimizing the use of technology to improve patient care and streamline workflows. The nurse will provide frontline support, training, and feedback to ensure effective implementation and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands-on support to healthcare providers using clinical documentation tools
  • Educate clinical staff on best practices for integrating technology into daily workflows
  • Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot issues in real time
  • Gather and relay user feedback to product and engineering teams
  • Monitor clinical workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assist in onboarding new healthcare facilities onto the platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine clinical tools
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards
  • Participate in the development of training materials and resources
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to clinical adoption
  • Support go-live implementations at partner sites
  • Conduct virtual training sessions for nursing and physician users
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical documentation standards
  • Serve as a clinical liaison between users and technical teams
  • Promote consistent use of tools across diverse care settings
  • Escalate technical or clinical issues using defined protocols
  • Document user interactions and resolution steps
  • Stay current with changes in healthcare delivery models
  • Contribute to quality assurance initiatives
  • Support after-hours implementations when necessary
  • Foster strong relationships with clinical champions
  • Advocate for user needs in product development discussions
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication during transitions of care
