About the Role
The Clinical Specialist will deliver clinical and technical expertise during live procedures, train physicians and staff, and support product adoption through hands-on engagement in clinical settings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time clinical support during surgical procedures using robotic technology
- Train physicians and clinical teams on system operation and best practices
- Assist in the adoption and integration of new medical technology in healthcare facilities
- Provide feedback from clinical sites to inform product development and improvements
- Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to ensure seamless implementation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical protocols and regulatory standards
- Support pre-procedure planning and equipment setup for optimal outcomes
- Respond to urgent clinical needs with timely on-site presence
- Document clinical interactions and outcomes accurately and promptly
- Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and company policies
- Act as a clinical resource for both internal teams and external partners
- Participate in product demonstrations and training events
- Monitor and report on clinical performance metrics
- Engage with key opinion leaders in urology to foster relationships
- Support post-market clinical follow-up and data collection
- Troubleshoot technical issues during clinical use
- Maintain proficiency through ongoing education and certification
- Travel regularly to assigned and neighboring regions as needed
- Assist in the development of clinical training materials
- Promote safe and effective use of technology in clinical environments
- Coordinate with clinical operations to schedule site visits
- Serve as a liaison between clinical users and engineering teams
- Support regulatory and quality requirements related to clinical use
- Uphold patient safety and data confidentiality standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical support processes

Travel Requirements
