About the Role

The role involves driving sales of medical devices by building relationships with clinicians and hospital staff, providing clinical training, and demonstrating product value within healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with medical professionals to understand clinical needs and workflows
  • Present product capabilities and clinical benefits during in-person demonstrations
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to support successful case outcomes
  • Track and report sales activities and customer interactions
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories
  • Coordinate with clinical specialists for joint customer visits
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and product updates
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional network
  • Support contract negotiations with hospital procurement departments
  • Ensure compliance with all company and healthcare regulations
  • Deliver training sessions on device operation and safety
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer input
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Build trust with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in the development of clinical case studies and success stories
  • Facilitate product evaluations and trial programs
  • Work cross-functionally with technical support and reimbursement teams

Nice to Have

  • Background in robotic-assisted surgery or minimally invasive procedures
