About the Role
The organization is developing a clinical operating system for European healthcare systems. As it expands, fast and rigorous clinical research is essential to validate impact, guide product evolution, and establish leadership in AI-driven healthcare. This role leads the end-to-end research strategy, managing cross-market studies and ensuring scientific excellence. It’s a hands-on leadership position for someone who values rapid execution and real-world clinical influence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the global clinical research strategy across multiple regions and client partnerships
- Organize and oversee clinical studies in partnership with healthcare institutions, internal product units, and outside collaborators
- Develop scientifically sound study designs that prioritize efficiency and real-world execution
- Direct the analysis, interpretation, and communication of clinical data outcomes
- Produce and publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier healthcare and artificial intelligence venues
- Provide clinical evidence and expert insights to support regulatory submissions, product development, and business initiatives
- Serve as a scientific representative in external forums to enhance credibility and thought leadership
- Drive continuous innovation in research operations to increase speed, scalability, and real-world impact
