Responsibilities
- Support the principal investigator in evaluating potential participants for study eligibility
- Keep accurate and up-to-date case report forms, medical charts, and research records
- Provide guidance, training, and high-level supervision to junior coordinators and research assistants
- Ensure all clinical procedures follow the approved research protocol and adhere to regulatory standards
- Gather participant data and input it into required systems accurately and on time
- Collaborate with leadership during hiring by assisting in candidate evaluation and onboarding shadowing
- Contribute to initiating, managing, and closing research studies as assigned
- Demonstrate adaptability when reassigned to different studies based on team needs
