About the Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized psychological assessments and therapy sessions
- Use evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and ACT in client care
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client outcomes
- Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans when necessary
- Participate in clinical supervision and professional development activities
- Contribute to the refinement of digital mental health tools and platforms
- Support the development of self-guided therapy content
- Respond promptly to client communications within agreed timeframes
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards
- Engage in quality assurance processes and clinical audits
- Provide feedback on client progress and treatment effectiveness
- Assist in training and onboarding of new clinicians
- Uphold cultural sensitivity and inclusivity in practice
- Work within legal and regulatory frameworks for psychology in Australia
- Support crisis intervention protocols when required
- Contribute to research initiatives related to mental health outcomes
- Maintain current registration with the Psychology Board of Australia
- Follow data privacy and security standards in digital communications
- Participate in peer review and case discussions
