Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one telehealth or onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy-style consultations, providing general advice only without treatment
- Deliver Critical Incident Stress Programme (CISP) virtually or onsite as required
- Facilitate webinars and in-person seminars (optional)
- Support employees with wellbeing, stress management, and resilience
- Collaborate with the internal clinical team to enhance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offerings
Requirements
- Counsellors: Master's degree in Counselling
- Counsellors: Active membership or registration with the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC)
- Clinical Psychologists: Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from an APAC-accredited program
- Clinical Psychologists: General registration with the New Zealand Psychologists Board under the HPCA Act to practice psychology
Nice to Have
- Clinical Psychologists: Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical Psychology preferred, or in progress via a Registrar Program
- Background in managerial or leadership support, such as coaching managers or HR advisory
- Prior experience in EAP or workplace counselling
- Additional language skills
- Flexibility for occasional onsite sessions
