Responsibilities
- Process and validate wound care supply orders with precision and timeliness
- Confirm the accuracy of patient, prescribing physician, and insurance details
- Evaluate clinical records to ensure they are complete and meet regulatory standards
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal departments to obtain missing documentation
- Keep detailed, up-to-date records and track order progress in internal databases
- Uphold strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and protect sensitive health information

- Work hours are set to US Eastern Standard Time (EST), from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- A reliable computer, noise-canceling headset, second monitor, and stable internet connection are required for optimal performance
