Responsibilities
- Increase overall P&E by collaborating with Sales, Corporate Accounts, and Applications to replace competing systems, retain key customers, and expand test menus for existing clients.
- Serve as a technical and clinical resource in hemostasis for Sales, Corporate Accounts, Applications, and key customers.
- Provide instrument and reagent demonstration support during sales calls to key accounts, evaluations, customer VIP visits, road shows, and trade shows.
- Develop and deliver customer educational activities such as formal lectures, webinars, and lunch-and-learn sessions.
- Support training of Werfen employees on hemostasis topics during sales meetings, new hire training, monthly sales training webinars, and as needed.
- Create presentations for use by Sales, Corporate Accounts, and Applications.
- Enhance Werfen's reputation as an innovative leader in hemostasis by representing the company at relevant meetings and trade shows.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree or higher in a science field.
- MT (ASCP) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of five years of related experience.
- At least one year of experience working in a clinical laboratory.
- Basic knowledge of hemostasis.
- Presentation skills.
- Basic computer skills.
