Karius is hiring a Clinical Development Scientist to contribute to the advancement of our clinical programs. In this role, you will apply scientific and clinical expertise to support the development of diagnostic solutions for infectious diseases.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute clinical development strategies and study protocols
- Analyze and interpret clinical data to support evidence generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory
- Contribute to scientific communications, publications, and regulatory submissions
- Monitor clinical trial progress and ensure adherence to scientific objectives
What We're Looking For
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or PharmD) in a relevant life sciences discipline
- Proven experience in clinical development within the diagnostics, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of clinical study design, biostatistics, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively in a team environment
