About the Role

Responsibilities
- Promote and support the clinical use of a medical device within healthcare institutions
- Collaborate with clinical staff to integrate the device into standard birthing procedures
- Deliver product training and ongoing educational support to medical teams
- Respond to clinical inquiries and provide technical guidance as needed
- Monitor device utilization and support performance tracking
- Gather feedback from users to inform product improvements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical guidelines and maternity care practices
- Assist in the development of training materials and clinical resources
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support
- Support the rollout of the device in new healthcare facilities
- Attend clinical meetings and in-person demonstrations as required
- Build relationships with key healthcare decision-makers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
- Track and report on clinical engagement metrics
- Act as a clinical liaison between users and the organization
