TekSynap is hiring a Client Support Technician

Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and support tickets regarding IT equipment and technical needs
  • Open, update, and resolve help desk service requests
  • Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support personnel to ensure smooth ticket transitions and timely escalations when necessary
  • Keep current documentation for Tier 1 support procedures and standard operating practices
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10 SDC environments
  • Provide technical assistance for SDC-hosted applications including web browsers, Adobe software, ActivClient, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Assist with Tier I support tasks such as smart card and digital certificate management
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with peripheral devices, computer hardware, and multi-function printers
  • Offer support for enterprise applications on Apple iOS and other mobile platforms
  • Support and troubleshoot both classified and unclassified video teleconferencing (VTC) systems
  • Coordinate and manage scheduling for all unit VTC sessions
  • Carry out duties of the unit Information Assurance Officer, including user account setup, removal, modifications, and recordkeeping
