Responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and support tickets regarding IT equipment and technical needs
- Open, update, and resolve help desk service requests
- Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support personnel to ensure smooth ticket transitions and timely escalations when necessary
- Keep current documentation for Tier 1 support procedures and standard operating practices
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10 SDC environments
- Provide technical assistance for SDC-hosted applications including web browsers, Adobe software, ActivClient, and Microsoft Office suite
- Assist with Tier I support tasks such as smart card and digital certificate management
- Diagnose and resolve issues with peripheral devices, computer hardware, and multi-function printers
- Offer support for enterprise applications on Apple iOS and other mobile platforms
- Support and troubleshoot both classified and unclassified video teleconferencing (VTC) systems
- Coordinate and manage scheduling for all unit VTC sessions
- Carry out duties of the unit Information Assurance Officer, including user account setup, removal, modifications, and recordkeeping

- Work schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday – Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
