Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and address potential risks before they escalate into issues.
- Challenge unclear or low-quality briefs and guide clients toward providing better inputs for superior design outcomes.
- Maintain concise, clear, and purposeful communication without unnecessary elaboration.
- Enhance how clients utilize Deer Designer over time, shifting from reactive support to proactive collaboration.
- Use artificial intelligence to draft, organize, and improve communication and internal workflows, boosting efficiency significantly.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a client-facing role such as Account Management, Project Management, or Client Success.
- Exceptional command of English with structured, direct, and clear communication.
- Basic understanding of design principles including layout, hierarchy, branding, and user experience; ability to discuss design without creating it.
- Confidence to respectfully challenge clients and ask necessary tough questions to ensure project success.
- Active use of artificial intelligence to structure thinking, identify risks, and enhance output quality.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma or Photoshop for review purposes and comfort with asynchronous workflows.
- Outcome-focused mindset that prioritizes results over mere activity and takes initiative to fix gaps rather than assigning blame.
