Support Services Group was looking for a Client Success Manager

Support Services Group is hiring a Client Success Manager to lead our Client Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating productive client relationships, ensuring the highest level of professional support, and driving growth through strategic insights.

What You'll Do

  • Provide accurate and timely client support services, ensuring a high standard of professionalism.
  • Cultivate positive and productive relationships through frequent client calls and visits.
  • Analyze and resolve service issues promptly, keeping client and management informed.
  • Contribute to client growth by identifying new opportunities and promoting relevant services.
  • Manage MSA/SOW commitments to ensure alignment with contract terms and SLAs, and guarantee accurate invoicing.
  • Foster a client-focused working environment within the team, complying with company policies.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and KPIs alignment.
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Manage both positive and negative client situations, ensuring mutually beneficial resolutions.
  • Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities, support new product development, and contribute to special projects.
  • Travel as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in client services or a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • An ambitious, flexible, and aggressive professional with a self-starting attitude, requiring minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in work.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience handling a Telco and/or Financial account.
