About the Role

The Client Services Coordinator ensures smooth delivery of services by acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, tracking deliverables, and maintaining accurate records throughout the client lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for client inquiries and initial support requests
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new clients
  • Track service timelines and deliverables across multiple accounts
  • Maintain up-to-date client records in internal systems
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars for client-facing team members
  • Prepare reports summarizing client engagement status
  • Escalate technical or account-specific issues to appropriate departments
  • Monitor service level agreements and flag potential delays
  • Support the creation of client-facing documentation
  • Follow up on outstanding client actions or feedback
  • Assist in organizing client training sessions and product walkthroughs
  • Gather and verify client data for compliance purposes
  • Update internal stakeholders on client progress and concerns
  • Maintain a centralized repository of client communications
  • Identify recurring client issues and suggest process improvements
  • Ensure consistent application of service protocols across accounts
  • Coordinate with technical teams to confirm implementation readiness
  • Manage client contact updates and profile changes
  • Support renewal and contract extension workflows
  • Generate client-specific reports upon request
  • Participate in post-engagement review meetings
  • Document client interactions and action items
  • Assist in resolving billing or access-related concerns
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information
  • Contribute to internal process documentation for service workflows
