Responsibilities
- Deliver precise and prompt daily support to advisors and clients, aiming to resolve issues during the first interaction.
- Take full responsibility for client concerns, driving them to timely resolution and following through to completion.
- Serve as the communication link between custodians, internal operations teams, and advisors or clients.
- Provide end-to-end operational assistance, including processing fund transfers, opening accounts, maintaining records, and handling documentation.
- Act as a trusted client advocate by showing empathy and fully understanding individual needs and requests.
- Manage high volumes of concurrent requests from advisors and clients across email, phone, Teams, and CRM systems, meeting service standards through strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Address a continuous stream of diverse and complex operational inquiries by collaborating with custodians and internal departments to gather data, escalate issues, track progress, and deliver mutually beneficial solutions.
- Partner with internal teams to investigate and respond to client and advisor questions, ensuring a unified experience while balancing internal and external priorities.
- Use CRM tools like Salesforce daily to track, manage, and document client cases with accuracy and up-to-date status updates.
- Maintain consistent and transparent communication with advisors and clients, providing progress updates and prompt replies to inquiries.
- Show genuine concern, empathy, and a commitment to helping advisors and clients succeed.
- Apply meticulous attention to detail to ensure error-free processing of transactions, requests, and communications.
- Support team cohesion by assisting with onboarding, training new members, and covering for teammates when needed.
- Function effectively both independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team.
- Foster trust and lasting relationships with advisors, clients, and team members through personalized, high-quality interactions.
