Focus Financial Partners is hiring a Client Service Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Deliver precise and timely daily support to advisors and clients, aiming to resolve issues in a single interaction.
  • Take full responsibility for client concerns, driving them to completion with follow-through until fully addressed.
  • Serve as the communication link between custodians, internal operations teams, and advisors or clients.
  • Provide end-to-end operational assistance, including processing financial transactions, opening accounts, maintaining records, and managing documentation.
  • Act as a dedicated client advocate by showing empathy and understanding client needs and concerns.
  • Manage multiple incoming requests from advisors and clients across various channels—email, phone, Teams, CRM, or portal—while meeting service level commitments, requiring strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Handle a continuous stream of diverse client and advisor inquiries, resolving complex operational challenges by coordinating with custodian partners and internal departments to gather data, escalate issues, track progress, propose mutually beneficial solutions, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Work closely with internal teams to investigate and respond to inquiries, ensuring a unified experience for advisors and clients while balancing internal and external interests.
  • Use CRM systems like Salesforce to track, manage, and document client cases daily, maintaining accurate records and progress updates.
  • Maintain consistent and transparent communication with advisors and clients, providing status updates and timely responses to inquiries, including proactive notifications.
  • Show genuine care, empathy, and a commitment to supporting advisors and clients effectively.
  • Apply meticulous attention to detail to ensure error-free processing of requests, transactions, and communications.
  • Support team cohesion by assisting with onboarding, training new members, and providing coverage for colleagues as needed.
  • Function effectively both independently and within a geographically dispersed team environment.
  • Foster trust and build strong relationships with advisors, clients, and team members through personalized, high-quality interactions over time.
