Responsibilities
- Resolve client and advisor inquiries accurately and promptly, aiming to fully address issues during the first interaction.
- Act as the main point of contact between custodians, operations, advisors, and clients, overseeing tasks such as account setup, transfers, transactions, and documentation.
- Champion client interests by listening actively and responding with empathy to their needs and concerns.
- Handle and organize multiple service requests from various communication platforms, including email, phone, Teams, and Salesforce, without compromising service quality.
- Provide consistent and transparent updates to advisors and clients, ensuring expectations are managed effectively.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency when processing transactions and requests, reflecting the responsibilities of a fiduciary role.
