Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing client inquiries by phone or email promptly and with a focus on resolving issues.
- Guide in-person clients on service details and how to prepare for projects.
- Monitor ongoing projects in PLM, TEM, and IAQ divisions that require client login or communication.
- Open incoming shipments and record sample receipt accurately.
- Keep client and project records current in LIMS and CRM systems.
- Work with lab and operations teams to address client questions and enhance workflows.
- Support administrative duties as required.
- Contribute to team success by assisting with additional tasks across departments when needed.
