Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing client communications through phone and email promptly and with a focus on solutions.
- Provide information and guidance to walk-in clients regarding services and project readiness.
- Monitor projects in PLM, TEM, and IAQ departments that require login access or client interaction.
- Unpack deliveries and record the receipt of samples.
- Update client and project information in LIMS and CRM software systems.
- Work with laboratory and operations staff to address client questions and enhance processes.
- Assist with various administrative duties as required.
- Collaborate across departments to support overall team success and complete additional tasks as needed.
