Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy software tools that align with internal business requirements and established standards
- Provide technical support for end-user IT needs across the organization
- Create and maintain tools and associated infrastructure to enhance daily workflows for all teams
- Oversee the administration and configuration of SaaS platforms
- Maintain and optimize on-premise physical IT infrastructure
- Manage cloud-based systems to meet evolving team demands
- Identify and implement strategies to standardize processes and improve user experience
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams, including IT and Security, to ensure operational continuity with new tools
