About the Role

This role is responsible for managing high-value client relationships, ensuring successful adoption of technology solutions, and expanding business opportunities through trusted advisory engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic account management for enterprise clients using Microsoft platforms
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and internal teams
  • Drive customer success by aligning technology solutions with business goals
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing client portfolios
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution fit and implementation quality
  • Monitor client health metrics and proactively address risks
  • Facilitate executive-level reviews and business planning sessions
  • Translate client needs into product and service requirements
  • Support sales initiatives while maintaining a trusted advisor position
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client outcomes
  • Maintain deep understanding of Microsoft's technology roadmap
  • Advocate for client feedback internally to influence product development
  • Track and report on key performance indicators and account progress
  • Ensure alignment between client objectives and platform capabilities
  • Manage renewal and upsell processes in collaboration with sales
  • Build trust through consistent delivery and strategic insights
  • Stay current on industry trends impacting client operations
  • Enable clients to achieve measurable business outcomes
  • Serve as escalation point for critical client issues
