Aera Technology is hiring a Client Partner | Enterprise Platform Sales

About the Role

This position is responsible for building and maintaining executive relationships with enterprise customers, driving platform adoption, expansion, and retention through trusted advisory partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead executive-level discussions with enterprise decision makers
  • Drive platform adoption and usage across client organizations
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure value delivery
  • Negotiate contract renewals and upsell initiatives
  • Develop deep understanding of client business objectives
  • Serve as primary point of contact for strategic accounts
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to address client needs
  • Present platform capabilities in alignment with business outcomes
  • Track and report on customer health and engagement metrics
  • Advocate for customer feedback within product development channels
  • Manage complex sales cycles with multi-stakeholder environments
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews with client leadership
  • Ensure alignment between client goals and platform functionality
  • Support go-live and post-implementation adoption phases
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline documentation
  • Address contractual and commercial discussions professionally
  • Promote best practices in platform utilization
  • Monitor competitive landscape and client market dynamics
  • Escalate critical issues using internal support protocols
  • Drive customer retention and minimize churn risk
  • Facilitate executive onboarding and stakeholder alignment
  • Leverage data insights to guide client strategy sessions
  • Balance revenue targets with long-term relationship goals
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry use cases
