Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth, increase account value, and strengthen long-term relationships within a designated set of existing clients.
- Establish and nurture executive-level connections at the Director, VP, C-suite, and board levels.
- Proactively uncover client business challenges, needs, and opportunities for expansion, independent of client requests.
- Support clients in navigating their digital transformation journeys and planning future steps.
- Collaborate with founders, delivery teams, program leads, analysts, and solution architects to convert project insights into new business initiatives and proposals.
- Lead structured account reviews, backlog assessments, growth planning sessions, and decision-focused client meetings.
- Convert client issues and delivery observations into actionable internal strategies.
- Engage on-site with clients when business needs demand physical presence.
- Gradually assume responsibility for key client relationships currently managed by company founders.
