Responsibilities
- Lead the management of a portfolio of clients by building strong, trusted relationships grounded in a deep understanding of their business goals, sector dynamics, and operational challenges.
- Guide the development of strategic media plans using the Breakthrough planning framework, delivering channel strategies and creative solutions aligned with client KPIs.
- Oversee full-cycle client service operations, ensuring flawless execution, accurate performance reporting, and compliance with audit and delivery standards.
- Serve as the main liaison for high-level client contacts, maintaining engagement through consistent communication, in-person meetings, and reliable support.
- Uncover and pursue new revenue opportunities across service offerings, supporting long-term agency expansion.
- Monitor financial performance of accounts, including revenue forecasting, billing accuracy, profit margins, and debt control.
- Work closely with internal teams and specialized units to integrate expert capabilities and enhance client value.
- Supervise and develop a senior client team, promoting performance excellence, career progression, and retention through regular feedback and coaching.
- Promote the agency’s core values and mission in day-to-day operations and client interactions.
- Support or lead new business presentations to win additional clients and strengthen market presence.
- Improve client satisfaction metrics by addressing concerns promptly and implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinate team resourcing to maintain efficient service delivery and team productivity.
