Responsibilities
- Lead real-time observation sessions with clients to capture active workflows
- Proactively detect critical, time-consuming tasks without explicit client input
- Transform unstructured inputs like notes, recordings, and verbal streams into standardized procedures
- Review email inboxes, schedules, and digital platforms to find immediate delegation opportunities
- Produce the initial working SOP within two business days of onboarding
- Collaborate in person with virtual assistant teams to ensure smooth task transitions and execution
- Convert video messages, audio clips, and informal notes into precise, actionable steps
- Uphold client confidence through responsible access management and secure workflow handling
- Take full ownership of early-stage client results, pace, and forward progress
