Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding discussions with decision-makers to set clear expectations, define success criteria, and create implementation plans.
- Act as the main point of contact for executive-level stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
- Anticipate and resolve potential obstacles by working with internal departments and escalating issues when necessary to keep projects on track.
- Work closely with Success and Support teams to ensure seamless transitions after installation and promote sustained client engagement.
- Conduct in-depth configuration sessions tailored to multi-location operations and unique client workflows.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, and Implementation teams to handle custom integrations and optimize system performance.
- Verify that all technical components are rigorously tested and validated prior to launch to reduce deployment risks.
- Oversee onboarding schedules, milestones, interdependencies, and client expectations to ensure timely and efficient rollouts.
- Keep accurate records in CRM and project management systems to ensure transparency and team-wide access to project details.
- Create and improve onboarding playbooks using performance data and client input to refine processes over time.
- Achieve or surpass key performance indicators such as time-to-install, activation rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Examine onboarding metrics to uncover trends, improve efficiency, and enhance client results.
- Lead training sessions and support knowledge-sharing efforts to build team expertise.
- Deliver precise and reliable outcomes by following established procedures, including SOPs, SLAs, and checklists.
- Review deliverables thoroughly before submission to uphold quality and consistency.
- Detect and correct process deficiencies or mistakes to support ongoing improvement and operational effectiveness.
