Hunt St is hiring a Client Experience Specialist (006-00254) to enhance our front-end client service capabilities and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will systematically manage post-settlement client relationships, pricing requests, and commercial referrals to reduce director-level involvement and scale our premium service delivery model.
What You'll Do
- Conduct systematic post-settlement follow-up and annual client reviews with rate comparisons.
- Proactively monitor client satisfaction and generate referrals through strategic outreach.
- Update referral partners on client progress and maintain relationships through systematic communication.
- Coordinate with partners throughout the client journey and ensure they stay informed at key milestones.
- Process pricing requests from existing clients and identify repricing opportunities.
- Handle Marketplace commercial referrals and track pricing submissions with lenders.
- Maintain comprehensive HubSpot CRM records and update settlement records within 24 hours.
- Ensure alignment between Broker Engine and HubSpot data systems.
- Create OneDrive folder structures and process Mystro requests to customers.
- Complete Mystro information via phone when required and provide call support to Debt Advisers.
- Maintain a frictionless customer experience at all touchpoints.

- Proficiency in document management with OneDrive and electronic systems.
- Understanding of mortgage and banking products, rates, and refinancing.
- Experience confidentially handling sensitive data collected over the phone.
- Meticulous numerical accuracy for error-free financial data management.
- Strict adherence to following complex procedures consistently.
- A natural inclination to help and simplify processes for clients.
- Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous accuracy in all work.
