Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and actively seek opportunities to contribute beyond routine tasks.
- Interact with partners to deepen understanding of the media environment, core media concepts, and the function of each media channel.
- Assist the Client Manager in responding to client briefs by providing administrative support throughout key stages such as brief analysis, insight development, and strategic planning.
- Coordinate with internal departments to oversee campaign execution and promptly report any potential risks or delays to the line manager.
- Implement approved media strategies, ensuring consistent delivery of campaign objectives across all platforms, with guidance from the I&A Associate Manager.
- Manage the end-to-end logistics of media campaigns, including booking, setup, confirmation, optimization, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
- Help maintain strict adherence to financial and compliance protocols, ensuring error-free execution of bookings and system loadings.
