As a Client Engagement Specialist focused on trading experience, you’ll serve as the primary contact for clients using advanced trading platforms. You’ll respond to inquiries through text and live support channels, helping users resolve issues related to trading functions, crypto deposits and withdrawals, margin calculations, and platform performance.
What You'll Do
- Handle client questions about trading features, futures contracts, Kraken Desktop, and wallet operations via email and messaging systems
- Investigate and resolve technical problems, providing clear, accurate solutions
- Break down complex calculations for fees, profit and loss, and margin requirements
- Test new trading functionalities before public release and share actionable feedback
- Support team quality assurance, contribute to training updates, and maintain internal documentation
- Monitor trading behavior for signs of suspicious activity or potential security risks
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Familiarity with Kraken Pro and trading interface tools
- Understanding of leveraged trading, including margin and futures
- Prior client support experience in a technical or financial setting
- Strong numerical reasoning and attention to detail
- Adaptability to evolving product updates and workflows
- Availability to work outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends
