Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project execution and ongoing support after launch to deliver measurable impact and high client satisfaction
- Develop strong client relationships by guiding successful rollout of tailored solutions
- Conduct user interviews to identify client challenges and convert insights into actionable plans
- Collaborate with internal strategy and engineering teams to design, prototype, and refine solutions based on client feedback
- Define and uphold project standards, documentation practices, and scalable processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Anticipate potential risks, manage interdependencies, and track progress to ensure milestones are met on schedule
- Maintain transparent, consistent communication with clients and internal teams through regular updates and reporting
- Help shape and refine project management methodologies as the organization grows
