The Client Development Executive, Global Business is responsible for building trusted, long-term partnerships with mid-to-large organizations to drive growth for Experian's Employer Services portfolio. This role involves leading sales efforts, designing tailored solutions, and overseeing the full client lifecycle to deliver value and expand revenue responsibly.
What You'll Do
- Lead client-facing sales efforts for current clients and new logo prospects within an assigned territory
- Conduct discovery to understand client needs, challenges, and objectives
- Design and propose tailored solutions aligned to Experian Employer Services offerings
- Drive growth in assigned territory through cross-sell, new sell, and expansion strategies
- Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, including pipeline management, forecasting, deal strategy, and closing
- Use sales tools to support sales management
- Develop and grow trusted advisor relationships with senior client executives and decision makers
- Develop a master-level understanding of Experian Employer Services products and solutions
- Articulate the value proposition of Experian Employer Solutions to address complex compliance, risk mitigation, and operational challenges
- Lead contract renewals, negotiations for both current and new client prospects, and RFP responses through completion
- Partner with internal Experian teams, including Relationship Management, Product, Implementation, Client Success, Legal, and Operations—throughout the sales lifecycle to ensure seamless execution
