About the Role
The intern will work closely with the Client Coverage team to support client relationships, streamline communication, and enhance service delivery. This role offers exposure to high-level client operations and internal collaboration across departments.
Responsibilities
- Support client onboarding processes including documentation collection and verification
- Assist in preparing client communications and status updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries efficiently
- Maintain accurate records within client relationship management systems
- Monitor client account activity for compliance and service needs
- Participate in meetings with senior team members to observe client interactions
- Track and report on service-level metrics and response times
- Help coordinate cross-functional initiatives related to client experience
- Conduct research on client industries and market trends
- Draft summaries of client interactions for internal documentation
- Support the preparation of client review materials and presentations
- Identify opportunities to improve client-facing processes
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policy standards
- Assist in translating client-related materials when necessary
- Engage in training sessions to build product and platform knowledge
- Contribute to knowledge base updates for team reference
- Escalate complex issues following established protocols
- Gather feedback from clients to inform service improvements
- Support event coordination for client engagement activities
- Maintain confidentiality and data security standards
- Track deliverables and deadlines for ongoing client projects
- Assist in onboarding new team members with internal tools
- Provide input on client satisfaction trends
- Participate in quality assurance checks for client deliverables
- Support ad hoc reporting needs for leadership review
Nice to Have
- Prior internship experience in banking or financial services
- Familiarity with anti-money laundering (AML) or KYC procedures
- Experience working in multicultural teams
