Huzzle’s Client is seeking a Client & Candidate Success Associate to play a central role in connecting talented people with their next opportunity. You will own the candidate experience from initial match through hire, support client relationships, and help improve our operational processes.
What You'll Do
- Guide candidates through interviews and preparation.
- Create compelling candidate briefs.
- Manage onboarding communication.
- Perform regular check-ins to ensure candidate success.
- Help with sales follow-ups and outreach for clients.
- Coordinate interview scheduling.
- Create client briefs and documentation.
- Maintain strong communication throughout the hiring process.
- Help optimize communication workflows.
- Support various team needs as the company scales.
- Track and improve key metrics.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year in a communication-heavy role (customer service, recruitment, or appointment setting).
- Natural communicator, skilled at writing emails and speaking confidently.
- Super organized and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems (Hubspot, Notion), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), communication tools (Slack, Zoom), LinkedIn & Email.
- Ready for remote work with a reliable laptop and internet connection.
- Confident in video calls and digital collaboration.
- Has an eye for detail and takes pride in keeping data clean.
- Adaptable and excited to learn new tools and processes.
